In 2018, Tibet Shambhala Adventure, organizes our second activity which is called Shambhala Roof of the World Trail Run. We started our race in Yamdrok lake at the average elevation of 4500m above sea level and the second part of the race is all the way to Everest Base Camp at the elevation of 5000m above sea level. 2018 is our first year race of Shambhala Roof of the World trail run and 2019 is the second race of Shambhala Roof of the World Trail Run and we will continue this great race every year. How far in advance can I book?

A trip can be booked as far as six months in advance. We do not book more than six months ahead because of possibility of huge fluctuations in the international exchange rate.

What happens if I have to cancel or postpone my booked trip?

On cancellation, depending on time duration before the cancellation of the trip, cancellation charge will be charged. A trip can be postponed only up to 6 months at maximum and no further than that.

When do I do the final payment?

The final payment must be done before the start of the trek. A full payment can be done on the time of booking or as late as after arriving in Kathmandu.
